This spell allows the caster to charge an item with magical energy and cause it to explode. The item must fit within the area of effect. It the item is larger, only one 5-foot cube per level is affected (part of a wall could be blown out, for example). The spell does not affect living creatures, but it does cause 1d6 points of damage per level to a maximum of 10d6 to all creatures within 10 feet of the object. The material components of this spell are burning coal and an eagle's feather.
